This case highlights an unusual presentation of aggressive angiomyxoma as a pedunculated polyp.
Such polypoidal morphology is not typical for this rare tumor.
The patient's presentation required careful diagnostic consideration.

Findings:

No definitive clinical or histological factors reliably predict recurrence, apart from positive surgical margins.
The tumor's behavior underscores the need for meticulous surgical assessment.
