Abstract:
The authors deal with the topic of how to prevent falls by institutionalized patients with dual objectives: to identify and prioritize critical points for risk of falls and to identify action strategies while evaluating their importance and viability. All this study fits inside a parameter which contemplates patient security as a fundamental value in a health institution.
