Is there a benefit from routine voiding cystourethrography after ureterocystoneostomy?

Routine voiding cystourethrography (VCUG) after ureterocystoneostomy (UCN) surgery for pediatric urinary issues offers limited benefit. Clinical and ultrasound follow-ups are sufficient, reserving VCUG for cases with suspected complications.
