Summary

Undercarboxylated osteocalcin (ucOC), a vitamin K (VK) status marker, is higher in perimenopausal women and linked to hormone levels. Hormone therapy impacts ucOC, with oral conjugated equine estrogen showing a stronger effect than transdermal estradiol.
