[Medical evacuation measures in acute cerebral circulatory disorders in the mountains]

The article gives a brief clinical characteristic of acute cerebral blood circulation disorders in mountains. It regards adaptive disorders as a manifestation of acute mountainous disease. The authors describe diagnostics, first and secondary care, chain of evacuation. Measures of primary prophylaxis are also enclosed.
