Background:

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare condition.
The left circumflex artery is an uncommon site for SCAD.

Observation:

A 62-year-old male presented with spontaneous dissection of the left circumflex artery.
The patient's condition necessitated immediate and definitive treatment.

Findings:

Surgical myocardial revascularization was successfully performed.
The surgical intervention effectively addressed the coronary dissection.

Implications:

Surgical treatment can be a viable and curative option for SCAD.
This case expands understanding of SCAD management in complex arterial dissections.
