Summary

Nightguard vital bleaching (NGVB) with experimental 7% hydrogen peroxide (HP) caused more tooth sensitivity and gingival irritation than 10% carbamide peroxide (CP). However, these side effects resolved quickly and showed no long-term issues up to 10 months.
