JAB1 accelerates mitochondrial apoptosis by interaction with proapoptotic BclGs

The Bcl-2-like protein 11 (BclGs) induces apoptosis via the mitochondria. This study reveals that JAB1 binds BclGs, enhancing apoptosis and clarifying the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway.
