Summary

Primary testicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in 12 patients showed high remission rates with doxorubicin-based chemotherapy. Systemic treatment, including central nervous system prophylaxis, improved outcomes and survival.

  • To evaluate the clinical features, management strategies, and survival rates of patients with primary testicular NHL.
  • To assess the effectiveness of doxorubicin-based chemotherapy and prophylactic treatments.

  • Retrospective analysis of 12 patients with primary testicular NHL treated between 1992 and 2006.
