Summary

Antitubercular therapy improved uterine lining appearance after six months. Hysteroscopy revealed healing signs of tuberculosis in the endometrium, aiding diagnosis and treatment assessment.

Background:

Tuberculosis (TB) can affect the female reproductive system, leading to endometrial damage.
Assessing the efficacy of antitubercular therapy on endometrial healing is crucial for reproductive health.

Observation:

Hysteroscopy was used to visualize the uterine lining (endometrium) after a 6-month course of antitubercular therapy.
Increased magnification during hysteroscopy allowed for detailed examination of mucosal morphology.

Findings:

The endometrium showed improved mucosal morphology following antitubercular therapy.
Healing remnants of tubercular pathology were identifiable at higher magnifications, confirming treatment impact.
