Periodically rotated overlapping parallel lines with enhanced reconstruction (PROPELLER)-based diffusion tensor fiber tractography (DTT) at 3T effectively visualizes small infratentorial neurofiber structures. This advanced technique surpasses conventional methods for detailed nerve imaging.
