Abstract:
The dose effect of cyanidin interaction with lead ions in maize seedling roots was established using reflectance spectroscopy and colorimetry. It was demonstrated basing on the regression analysis that changes of spectral parameters were related to enhanced complex formation when the metal concentration increases.
