A 50-year-old Chinese female presented with a tumor in the right groin.
The tumor was identified as an extraskeletal osteogenic sarcoma.
Clinical presentation and diagnostic workup for groin masses were performed.

Wide surgical excision was the primary treatment modality.
Histopathological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of ESOS.
Differential diagnoses for soft tissue tumors in the groin were considered.

Implications:
