Higher intensity treadmill training (TMT) in infants with Down syndrome (DS) significantly increased moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (PA-level) compared to lower intensity training. These benefits persisted post-intervention, suggesting TMT intensity is crucial for improving PA in infants with DS.
