Summary

Researchers developed a novel, automated zebrafish assay for identifying antiangiogenic compounds. This high-throughput screening method successfully identified known and a new compound, indirubin-3’-monoxime (IRO), with potent antiangiogenic activity in both zebrafish and human cells.
