Food consumption patterns of the people of Dangamvura in Mutare

Abstract:
The pattern of food consumption of people in Dangamvura, Mutare, was studied during January, May and August 1989. Most of the foods were consumed regularly throughout the year. Only four non-cultivated leafy vegetables and one insect were used by this community. The types of foods consumed were similar to those reported as being used in Mutambara.
