Collaborative training with a more experienced partner: remediating low pretraining self-efficacy in complex skill

Collaborative training significantly improved complex skill acquisition for those with low self-efficacy. However, it did not fully close the skill gap compared to those with high self-efficacy, suggesting strategy enhancement over self-efficacy increase.
