Summary
This study presents a totally laparoscopic retroperitoneal approach for aortobifemoral bypass, a minimally invasive alternative for aorto-iliac occlusive disease. This technique offers a new option for patients unsuitable for endovascular repair.

- Prosthetic limbs were tunnelized retroperitoneally to the groins under laparoscopic visualization, with femoral anastomoses completed via open surgery.
