Enoxaparin demonstrates superior efficacy in reducing reinfarction for ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients undergoing thrombolysis compared to unfractionated heparin (UFH). Its subcutaneous administration offers easier use and allows for early patient mobilization.
