The Pew Health Commission recommends empowering future healthcare providers for effective teamwork.
An interdisciplinary program was established to train allied health science students in team functioning.
Students from five disciplines participate in integrated learning experiences.

Purpose of the Study:

To report on the progress and development of the Team IDEAL program since 2002.
To present formative evaluation measures assessing program satisfaction.
To discuss new directions for the interdisciplinary program.
