  • Retrospective chart review of 21 adult patients with unilateral Ménière's disease.

  • Analyzed reduced vestibular response (RVR) rates and absolute caloric values.

  • No total loss of vestibular function observed; most patients showed minimal RVR changes.

  • It represents a viable therapeutic option for Ménière's disease patients unresponsive to medical treatment.
  • This is crucial due to the potential for bilateral Ménière's disease.
