Sildenafil treatment in COPD does not affect stroke volume or exercise capacity

Sildenafil did not improve stroke volume or exercise capacity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This study found no benefits from this treatment for COPD patients with or without pulmonary hypertension.
