Background:

  • X-linked ichthyosis (XLI) is a genetic skin disorder.

  • Pilocarpine iontophoresis sweat testing was performed on 28 patients (14 XLI, 7 lamellar ichthyosis, 7 dominant ichthyosis) and 28 controls.
