Omega-3 fatty acids and multiple sclerosis: relationship to depression

This study investigated fatty acid levels in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients with depression. While MS patients showed altered red blood cell fatty acid profiles compared to controls, these levels did not correlate with depression symptoms.
