Does Meningitis Stop CSF Rhinorrhea following Lateral Skull Base Surgery?

Meningitis does not resolve cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks after skull base surgery. This study found no evidence that meningitis aids CSF leak cessation, advising against delaying surgical intervention for CSF rhinorrhea.
