Summary

Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) dialyzers demonstrate superior radiocontrast agent (RCA) removal compared to cuprophane dialyzers and polysulfone hemofilters. PAN membranes facilitate higher RCA clearance, especially under increased transmembrane pressure, indicating their efficiency in RCA removal during dialysis.
