Why do patients with PSP fall? Evidence for abnormal otolith responses

Patients with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) experience frequent falls due to abnormal otolithic reflexes. These reflexes, crucial for balance, are significantly impaired in PSP patients, suggesting a key role in their falls.
