An oral formulation of cladribine (2-chloro-2'-deoxyadenosine) was developed using 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (2-HP-beta-CD). Chemical characterization confirmed a stable inclusion complex, suitable for treating multiple sclerosis (MS).
