1Department of Stomatology, Zhe jian Medical University.
Abstract:
With the help of the computerized cephalometric system the author made an analysis of the single and multiple factors of 93 individuals in early permanent dentition. These dentition were divided into two groups-deep overjet of the front teeth and normal occlusion. The results showed that deep overjet of the front teeth in early permanent dentition is a syndrome including the abnormality of the teeth position, the size and position of the jaw bones and even the cranial base It is believed that the coordination effect of each abnormal structure on the formation of deep overjet syndrome should be identified as a whole.
