Summary

Schizophrenia is linked to smaller anterior cerebellar volumes and impaired eyeblink conditioning (EBC). In healthy individuals, larger anterior cerebellum size correlated with better EBC performance, suggesting an aberrant structure-function relationship in schizophrenia.
