Summary

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) predicts air traffic controller (ATC) training success, but adding a specific FAA Air Traffic Selection and Training (AT-SAT) work sample subtest further improves performance prediction. This could help reduce costly training attrition.
