Continuous hemodynamic response to maximal dynamic strength testing in older adults

Summary

Older adults experienced significant, temporary increases in blood pressure and heart rate during maximal strength testing. The leg press exercise showed the most pronounced hemodynamic response, suggesting it warrants close monitoring.
