This study introduces a centrifugal force-based method to measure cell adhesion strength. The method applies controlled centrifugal forces to cells adhered to a surface. Adhesion resistance is measured at two temperatures: 4 degrees Celsius and 37 degrees Celsius. At 4 degrees Celsius, the method quantifies ligand-receptor interactions. At 37 degrees Celsius, ATP-dependent adhesion is evaluated. The results show distinct adhesion strengths at each temperature. The centrifugal force assay provides a reliable way to measure adhesion resistance. The findings suggest that adhesion is influenced by both temperature and ATP. The method may be used to study adhesion in various cell types.
