Abstract:
New original patented method of treatment of false cysts of pancreas body and tail communicating with pancreatic ducts system is described. This method consists of multiple puncture of cyst cavity with content evacuation, suppression of pancreas secretion (intestinal lavage with cold physiologic saline, parenteral nutrition, drug suppression). This treatment was used at 23 patients; it was effective at 69.6% cases.
