Background:

Linear focal elastosis (LFE) is a rare skin condition characterized by linear, yellow, palpable bands.
LFE is predominantly reported in elderly individuals, with limited data on pediatric cases.

Observation:

A 14-year-old boy presented with a three-month history of asymptomatic, horizontal, linear, yellow, stria-like lesions on his back.
Physical examination revealed palpable bands with mild surrounding erythema.
Histopathological analysis showed thickened collagen bundles and reduced elastic fibers, consistent with LFE.

Findings:

The histopathological findings confirmed linear focal elastosis.
This represents an unusual presentation of LFE in an adolescent patient.
