Variation in thyroid function tests in patients with stable untreated subclinical hypothyroidism

Thyroid function tests show lower TSH variation in subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) than euthyroid individuals. However, TSH variation increases with higher mean TSH, impacting monitoring needs.
