Is thyroid autoimmunity associated with gestational diabetes mellitus?

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAbs) in early pregnancy do not predict gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). This study found no significant association between TPOAb positivity and GDM development in pregnant women.
