Sutureless amniotic membrane transplantation with fibrin glue effectively reconstructs the corneal surface in partial limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD). This safe method restores stable corneal epithelium without needing limbal stem cell transplantation.

  • Use of additional AM patch and mitomycin C in select cases; repeat surgeries for residual pannus.
