Is there enhanced lymphatic function in upper body trained females?

Upper body training in females does not significantly alter lymphatic function. Lymphoscintigraphy showed no major differences in lymphatic clearance rates between trained and untrained individuals, except for axillary uptake post-maximal exercise.
