Abstract:
After immunization with autologous testicle cells which were infected with herpes virus hominis type 1 or 2, histologically homogeneous, eosinophilie PAS-positive substances could be detected in five out of six rabbits, mainly within the interstitium. These substances have been found by immunofluorescence microscopic techniques to be antibodies against testicle tissue.
