High-intensity aerobic exercise improves diastolic function in coronary artery disease

High-intensity aerobic exercise training significantly improved left ventricular (LV) early diastolic relaxation in patients with stable coronary artery disease. Moderate-intensity exercise showed no significant changes in LV function.
