Long-term psoralen plus ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy for psoriasis significantly reduces the total number and percentage of circulating lymphocytes, including CD3+ and CD4+ T cells. Careful monitoring of T lymphocyte subsets is recommended for patients undergoing extended PUVA treatment.

Purpose of the Study:
