[Possible ways of improving economic mechanisms in public health]

The author demonstrates that a permanent salary does not stimulate efficient work of a physician either at an outpatient clinic, or at hospital. He suggests a new scheme of payment differentiated in accordance with the volume of the work performed or the team's basis. Introduction of his scheme in the activity of a hospital has improved the labor productivity by more than twofold.
