Summary
Oral administration of retinal S-Antigen (S-Ag) suppressed experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) in rats. This treatment protected rats from developing EAU and reduced inflammation, demonstrating the potential of oral S-Ag for uveitis therapy.
