Granulin-epithelin precursor as a therapeutic target for hepatocellular carcinoma

A new monoclonal antibody targeting Granulin-epithelin precursor (GEP) effectively inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) growth in vitro and in vivo. This antibody offers a promising therapeutic strategy for liver cancer by reducing proliferation and angiogenesis.
