Summary
This case study details a rare instance of massive bilateral gigantomastia, where a 26-year-old Nigerian woman underwent surgical removal of 44.8 kg of breast tissue. The successful surgical intervention for this extreme breast hypertrophy provided a satisfactory outcome.
