Nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF) is a serious condition linked to gadolinium-contrast (Gd-contrast) in patients with kidney disease. This report highlights two cases, suggesting caution with Gd-contrast in end-stage renal disease patients, especially with surgery.
