Interactions between warfarin and three commonly prescribed fluoroquinolones

Concomitant warfarin and fluoroquinolone therapy does not consistently increase anticoagulant effects. However, some patients experience significant increases, necessitating frequent monitoring of warfarin therapy to prevent complications.
