Abstract:
The article presents the results of studying the characteristics of clinical course, diagnostics and treatment of outhospital pneumonias, combined with pathology of urinary bodies in the interest of optimizing medical-diagnostic ensure this category of patients in an environment of pulmonologikal department of multidisciplinary hospital facility. Optimization of the full survey of patients with pneumonia, combined with diseases and pathological changes of urinary system, in the initial period of their treatment in the pulmonologikal department environment allows to make early, proved correction of etiotropic, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy of their polimorbidycal pathology, that will reduce their terms of being in hospital without damage to quality of diagnostics and treatment.
