Summary

Treadmill exercise (TM) appears more effective than bicycle ergometer exercise (EM) in provoking coronary spasm in patients with vasospastic angina. This study found higher rates of exercise-induced ST elevation and depression during TM, suggesting differences in autonomic nervous system activity.
